Background

TWO GAMES, DIFFERENT PATHS.

World of Tanks and Lesta Mir Tankov began as the same game, but have since developed separately. These patches were created as a technical project to make the Mir Tankov client more usable in English.

The translations are community patches, not an official language option.

Getting started

WHAT YOU NEED.

  1. Create a Lesta Mir Tankov account.
  2. Download and install the Mir Tankov game client.
  3. Choose the translation archive matching your installed game version.
  4. Follow the installation steps below.

How to install

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS.

  1. Download the matching translation ZIP archive.
  2. Extract it to <Mir Tankov install>\res\.
  3. Run fix.bat.
  4. Start the game.

To restore the original RU_RU translations, run restore.bat.

Known issues

FIXES & FEEDBACK.

Most progress counters are now fixed, although the Operations View / divider was reported as broken in the original notes.
